OUR UNIVERSAL DRIVER 4.0 IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE

Revelation Software is proud to announce the release of the Universal Driver 4.0 as part of our network product suite.

The Universal Driver 4.0 is client/server software designed to operate on Microsoft Windows Network Operating System environments. UD 4.0 provides enhanced performance, reliability, and integrity for OpenInsight and Advanced Revelation applications using linear hash files.

New to the product is a console application to manage record locks, backward compatibility with all previous versions of linear hash and automatic registry configuration.  The 4.0 release of the Universal Driver is for Windows-based platforms only. 

Pricing for UD 4.0 is as follows:

Crossgrade (from Novell or Linux) - $995.00 US

Upgrade from UD 3.0 to UD 4.0 - $595.00 US

Upgrade from 2.1 Service to UD 4.0 - $795.00 US

OPENINSIGHT RELEASE 8.0.1

OpenInsight Release 8.0.1 is now available and can be accessed from the Works section of our web site.  Included in this release are enhancements and patches to the following components of OpenInsight:

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT

In May, 2007 fellow Works member Franklin Bumpers of BAE Systems received an award for software he developed using OpenInsight release 7.

The award reads as follows:

"For your efforts in providing outstanding support to the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Finance.  In recognition of your outstanding work in the development and modification of several databases of information that has been critical in the research and analysis of capitalization efforts.  The compilation of data has reduced the time needed to gather information, enabling research and analysis much quicker.  Additionally, the information was presented in a user-friendly format that is easily understood by individuals in both the financial and program offices.  Your capturing of this data has been key in determining a recommendation for capitalization and expense.  BAE Systems formally recognizes your excellent responsiveness, dependability, and initiative.  You are a credit not only to the SETA II contract but also to BAE Systems."
